TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Pan Card is mandatory for all bookings.
• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would be at 1400/1000hrs
• The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only
• We will not bear any cost for a flight cancelled or delayed due to bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passengers.
• Tour confirmation only on receipt of advance payment and confirmation in writing.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.
• Any changes or cancellations during the tour in any condition will not amended or changed. Any further changes or new bookings will be subject to actual cost as applicable and will be borne by the clients.
• In the event of a no show, the full amount pertaining to the guaranteed No. of Pax has to be paid.
• No refund for unused services.
• Hotel is subject to availability at the time of confirmation of booking, else we will provide a similar category hotel.
• Any services not included in the package will be charged extra.
• Tourist will carry their luggage at own risk and responsibility.
• Vehicle will go up to max or closest point allowed for sightseeing/parking. After that guest has to go on own.
