Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, and roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control.

Taxes & Government Levies
All package prices are subject to applicable Government taxes.
GST 5% shall be charged additionally on the package cost wherever applicable as per prevailing Government regulations.
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) 2% shall be collected additionally on overseas tour packages and other applicable transactions in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act and Government guidelines in force at the time of booking.
TCS is not an additional tax liability. Eligible travelers may claim credit or adjustment of the TCS amount while filing their Income Tax Return (ITR), subject to applicable laws and individual tax eligibility.
Any increase, revision, or introduction of GST, TCS, fuel surcharges, entry fees, permit charges, or other statutory levies after the date of booking shall be borne by the guest and collected accordingly.
Mandatory Documentation
A valid PAN Card is mandatory for all bookings. Guests must also carry valid government-issued photo identification during travel.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from TrippyGo.
Hotel Check-In & Check-Out
Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings are generally 02:00 PM and 10:00 AM respectively. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Indian Resident Rates
The quoted rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens unless otherwise specified.
Flight Delays & Cancellations
TrippyGo shall not be responsible for any additional expenses arising due to flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, missed connections, adverse weather conditions, airline operational issues, or any circumstances beyond its control. Any additional accommodation, transportation, meals, or related expenses shall be borne by the guest.
Amendments & Travel Date Changes
Once a booking is confirmed, any request for change of travel dates, itinerary modifications, or amendments shall be subject to availability and applicable charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other suppliers.
Cancellation During Travel
Any changes, cancellations, amendments, or unused services during the course of the tour shall not be eligible for refund. Any new arrangements or additional bookings requested during the tour will be charged at actual prevailing rates.
No-Show Policy
In case of a no-show, failure to arrive, or failure to utilize booked services, 100% of the package cost shall be payable and no refund shall be applicable.
Unused Services
No refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for any unused, missed, or partially utilized services included in the package.
Hotel Availability
Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In the event of non-availability, accommodation of a similar category and standard will be arranged.
Package Inclusions
Only services specifically mentioned in the itinerary and inclusions section are covered under the package cost. Any additional services, activities, meals, sightseeing, transfers, permits, or expenses not specifically mentioned shall be charged extra.
Luggage Responsibility
Guests shall be solely responsible for their luggage and personal belongings throughout the journey. TrippyGo shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
Transportation & Sightseeing
Vehicles will operate only up to the maximum point permitted by local authorities, traffic regulations, weather conditions, or parking restrictions. Any transportation required beyond such points shall be arranged and paid for by the guest.
Transportation services are limited to the itinerary schedule only. Once guests are dropped at the hotel after sightseeing, no further transportation service shall be provided unless specifically included in the package.
If guests voluntarily release the vehicle or instruct the driver to leave before completion of scheduled services, no alternative transportation or refund shall be provided.
Government Taxes & Charges
Any increase in government taxes, GST, fuel surcharges, toll charges, entry fees, permit charges, or other statutory levies implemented after the booking date shall be payable by the guest and may be collected directly wherever applicable.
Triple Occupancy Policy
For triple occupancy bookings, an extra mattress or extra bed shall be provided strictly as per the policy and availability of the respective hotel.
Itinerary Modifications
TrippyGo reserves the right to alter, amend, rearrange, or modify the itinerary, sightseeing schedule, hotel arrangements, or routing due to operational requirements, hotel availability, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond control, without reducing the total number of nights or compromising the overall tour experience.
Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Circumstances
Any additional expenses arising due to natural calamities, landslides, floods, earthquakes, road blockages, adverse weather conditions, political disturbances, strikes, curfews, or similar unforeseen events shall be borne directly by the guest and paid on the spot.
Force Majeure
In the event that travel or services cannot be provided due to Force Majeure events including but not limited to Acts of God, war, civil unrest, government regulations, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control, refunds shall be subject to the policies of the respective service providers. Where refunds are not available, a credit note or future travel credit may be issued as per supplier terms and validity.
Cancellation & Handling Charges
In addition to supplier cancellation charges, TrippyGo reserves the right to levy administrative and file handling charges of INR 4,000 per person or such amount as applicable for processing cancellations, amendments, or refunds.
Management Rights
TrippyGo management reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone, or modify any tour program, routing, accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing arrangements as required for operational, safety, or logistical reasons.
Child Policy
Children aged 5 to 11 years shall be charged as per the applicable child rate without bed unless otherwise specified.
Extra bed charges for children shall be applicable as per the hotel policy and package inclusions.
Children below 5 years of age may travel complimentary for selected services however, charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transport providers, cruises, attractions, or other vendors, if any, shall be payable by the guest.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and all other required travel s. TrippyGo shall not be responsible for any denied boarding, visa rejection, or refusal of entry by authorities.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions, travel insurance is not included in the package price.
Limitation of Liability
TrippyGo acts solely as an intermediary between guests and various service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, cruise companies, activity providers, and visa facilitators. TrippyGo shall not be liable for any injury, accident, delay, loss, damage, inconvenience, or additional expense caused by acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with bookings, services, or transactions with TrippyGo shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Punjab, India.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any advance amount and/or confirmation of booking shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by all travelers covered under the booking.
TrippyGo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice whenever necessary.
Booking and Payment Policies
We have updated our payment policy to ensure a seamless and transparent booking
experience for our customers. The payment structure varies depending on whether your
booking includes flights. Please find the details below:
1. Bookings with Flights
? At the time of booking (more than 45 days before the departure date):
? 100% of the flight cost
? 50% of the total cost for hotels, activities, and transfers
? 30 days before the departure date:
? The remaining 50% of the hotels, activities, and transfers
2. Bookings without Flights
? At the time of booking (more than 45 days before the departure date):
? 50% of the total cost for hotels, activities, and transfers
? 30 days before the departure date:
? The remaining 50% of the cost for hotels, activities, and transfers
Important Notes:
? Failure to Pay: Timely payment is essential to confirm and retain your booking. All
hotel bookings and associated services must be paid in full by the stipulated due
date. Failure to make the payment by the due date will result in the automatic release
of the booking without prior notice, and any advance payments will be forfeited.
? Payment for Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of the
departure date, 100% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
? Flight Payments: Flight costs must always be paid in full at the time of booking,
irrespective of the departure date.
? Payment Methods: We accept payments via internet banking and bank transfers.

? Credit/Debit Card (upto 2.75% depending on card. The exact amount will be
available at the checkout)
Price and Availability
? Price Changes: Prices may change at any time. If an incorrect price is shown, we will
notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to accept the correct price or cancel
the booking.
? Availability: Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of
booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
? Cancellation by You: Cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name on the
booking. Charges are dependent upon the type of booking (Some bookings are non
refundable).
? Hotels, Activities, and Transfers:
? 10% of the total package value deduction for cancellations made more than
45 days before the travel date excluding non-refundable components.
? 45% of the total package value deduction for cancellations made between
45 to 21 days before the travel date excluding non-refundable components.
? 100% of the total package value deduction for cancellations made within 21
days of the travel date excluding non-refundable components.
? Flights:
? Low-Cost Carriers (LCC): Airlines such as VietJet, AirAsia, Scoot, and Batik
Air are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
? Full-Service Carriers (FSC): Airlines such as Thai Airways, Lufthansa,
Singapore Airlines, etc., are subject to their respective cancellation and
refund policies. Any penalties or refunds will be based on the airline&rsquos terms.
? Partial Cancellations: If only some members cancel, the holiday cost will be
recalculated for remaining travelers, potentially resulting in extra charges.
? Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes or correct errors before and
after bookings are confirmed. We also reserve the right to cancel bookings at any
time.
? Major Changes: In case of major changes or cancellations, we will inform you
as soon as possible and offer the choice of:
¦ Accepting the changed arrangements.
¦ Purchasing alternative arrangements of similar standard (price
differences will be refunded or charged accordingly).
? No refunds will be provided in case of trip cancellations due to:
? Missing, expired, or invalid travel s.
? Any issue arising from non-compliance with or visa requirements
